Who We Serve

Adaptive Aquatics was organized as a means of providing opportunities to physically disAbled individuals wishing to learn how to water ski despite their physical limitations.

Over the years Adaptive Aquatics has taught skiers with a broad range of physical disAbilities including individuals with cerebral palsy, spinal cord injuries, spina bifida, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, post polio, kernicterus, acquired brain injuries, amputations and visual impairments.

The program also assists with augmenting existing adaptive water ski clinics by providing equipment ranging from a MasterCraft ski boat to adaptive water skis and vests. All services are provided to the student or organization as needed. Adaptive Aquatics is funded mainly by tax deductible donations from private individuals, corporations and civic organizations.
